Ok my friend I had that issue also here is what I did. I reinstalled windows 10 but I first kept my life cam vx 3000 plugged in I then loaded the windows 10 and the life cam now works on my skype ok. You do not get the full software but you do get cam functional drivers I have had that issue when Microsoft in there idiot ways disabled the software.
