Thanks for the response. I would post a picture of it if I knew how, but I don't! Its when I print something there is a 'skip' or a white line that shows up horizontally through the text in different lines. Sometimes it is one or two places in a page of text and sometimes more. I'm guessing it has something to do with the rollers that shoot the page out of the printer.it apparently isn't the ink cartridges, and the lines don't show up when I run the 'clean ink nozzle' page from the troubleshooting page. If you can easily tell me how to post a picture, I will print something off and post it.
